California BrainWaves

We are in the start-up, foundation stage, pre brick and mortar.

 

For 2025, we will continue focusing our energy on team building, hosting community events, fundraising, providing local school outreach, and running our Healing Arts Program and Caregiver's Program.

 

Our first development will be a new build or remodel that is sustainability focused. We will develop a Live/Work/Learn/Play Therapeutic Campus for Special Needs Families in the San Francisco Bay Area, named 7H20. Our nonprofit specifically caters to all ages and stages of people with brain and developmental disabilities. Cities we want to build in: San Leandro by the Marina, Lafayette by the Reservoir, Martinez by Briones or the water, Benicia by the water, Palo Alto by the water. We stay coastal due to brain chemistry changing in heat, causing an increase in seizures, psychosis, SPD and ASD episodes, dementia and Alzheimer's episodes, memory loss, confusion, heat stroke, migraines, etc. Due to Global Warming, we want to develop coastal campuses to maintain a healthy heat index. These 5 cities are in Alameda, Contra Costa, Solano, and Santa Clara Counties. Building in all 5 locations will allow us to create equity in serving Bay Area Special Needs Families. 

 

We will fund our mission and vision with private donors, angel investors, grants, partnerships with other nonprofits, fundraisers, sponsorships, investment developers, insurances, school districts, regional centers, government funding, income from our in-house projects, funding from our future social franchise locations.

 

We will have a Collabortive Union with robust perks and benefits to prevent high turn-over and burn-out. We will be using AI and robotics for many of our needs.

 

Our future plan is to add social franchise locations beyond the San Francisco Bay Area and grow throughout California. Our long-term hope is for other states to create a "Georgia BrainWaves" or a "Florida BrainWaves" to open additional social franchise locations.
