Our Vision is 7H20, a Live/Work/Learn/Play Therapeutic Campus, set up as a social franchise model. 7H20 will be for individuals of all ages with brain conditions & developmental disabilities and their loved ones! Campuses will be built in existing, welcoming, sustainable communities to prevent isolation and foster inclusion.

LIVE: For housing, our plan features Affordable Housing Condos, Market-Value Condos, RV Park, and Hotel.

WORK: 7H20 will open up hundreds of new jobs, locally, and virtually, per campus, with a focus on catering to people who have typically been ostracized from the workforce, or adding jobs that cater to people with brain conditions.

LEARN: For education, we believe in life-long learning, so again, all ages are served, with a charter school for ages 2-22, a business center for adults and youth, STEAM campus design that benefits babies to seniors, adult education and college classes onsite, as well as internships under prestigious neuroscientists and doctors.

PLAY: CommUNITY comes together to play at our STEAM campuses where our design features: a water park, Legoland, music studio, art studio, thrift store, theater, gardens, dog park, catio, putt putt golf course, playgrounds, obstacle courses, sports complex, library, Earth sciences center, mazes, carnival, arcade, campus train rides, open space recreational park, swimming pools and hot tubs, snack shacks, restaurants, and ongoing events like rooftop parties. We also designed sensory play and resets throughout the campus. Additionally, we provide virtual community play, therapy, and supports.

CARE: At California BrainWaves, we recognize that healthcare can be approached in many forms. Our goal is to honor diverse cultural traditions, personal beliefs, and unique health needs, while providing a safe, informed space where individuals can choose from a wide range of medical and holistic care options. We understand how racism has shaped many of today's medical practices, and take a firm stance on being the change we wish to see. We embrace Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.

People can visit, come only for school or medical care, stay short term/long term/permanently. The campus is for neurodivergent and neurotypical folks alike. You do not have to be in need of severe 24/7 care to qualify for our campus supports. The point of 7H20 is comprehensive, inclusive care that resolves systematic issues in current society for people with brain conditions.
